Tory Lanez pleaded not guilty after he was charged with shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the foot.

The L.A. County D.A.’s Office hit Tory with one count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and one count of carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in his vehicle. The D.A. also believes that Tory physically hurt Megan. If convicted, Tory could face up to 22 years and 8 months in prison.

Megan accused Tory of shooting her in the foot, and elaborated on the fact that he offered her money for her silence. These accusations were denied by Tory’s attorney.

In retaliation, Tory released a new album “DayStar” in which he professed his innocence, denied that he shot Megan and claimed that she was a liar. The lyric’s on his opening track “Money Over Fallouts” are as follows:

“How the f**k you get shot in your foot, don’t hit no bones or tendons?...How the F**k your team is trying to pay me in some whole millions? I just lost 10 million dollars because this cold business.

But I got like 10million followers that’s gon’ roll with me. Fans that support me because they know my heart.

The State is also considering if they should also go after Tory for violating his protective order with his social media and song lyrics.
