The tragic accident happened on Lake Joseph in Ontario, Canada and left two people dead. O'Leary's smaller boat had collided with a bigger boat.
The significant debate about this case is whether the larger boat had its navigation lights on at the time of the crash. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating the incident. So far after re-viewing five videos from cameras located throughout the lake, it was concluded that Linda was traveling approx 17MPH around 11.30 pm and that is not a safe speed!
The footage also concluded with add on charges for the other driver, for not having any navigation lights on. So what is Linda currently facing?
The possibility of a $10,000 fine and no jail time. Her lawyer Brian Greenspan explains that it would be ridiculous to charge Linda when the other boat had no navigation lights, and the crash happened in the middle of a dark lake!
Kevin didn't comment too much about the accident however according to TMZ he has said: "Now that the authorities have concluded their thorough investigation, I have no further comment other than to say our thoughts and prayers are with the friends and families of those who lost loved ones in this awful tragedy. Our hearts go out to them".
