Looks like Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has somehow scored himself a 'get out of jail card', however not a free one!
He has been placed on 36 months probation and is ordered to do 30 days of community service in Nevada (where he resides) and donate $20k into the Jewish Family Services of L.A., a battered women's shelter.
According to Us Weekly; the “Jersey Shore” star, 34, pleaded no contest to a single count of domestic battery and one count of resisting arrest on Friday.
As per the Dailymail, Ronnie recently said that its been 'months' since he saw his daughter and Jen, due to the protective order filed against him when the couple split up in Ocotber. Last month Ronnie also said that he “wants nothing nothing more than to be with his daughter” amongst his legal restrictions and couldn’t wait to reunite with her.
“That’s his number one priority, and misses her terribly. Ronnie can’t wait until he is legally able to be with her again.
The Jersey shore star has a court order that dates back from the original incident which prohibits him from seeing his daughter Ariana -- he legally cannot see his own daughter! Ouch!
As per InTouch Jen said that if Ronnie remains 'sober and makes the efforts to be with her they should be able to move on. Ronnie is also hoping that he can patch things up and they could raise their daughter peacefully.
